After the holidays we all have extra pounds we want to shred, right? Here's a good start! We are throwing together a race just for you! We are "Burning the Holiday Fat to Beef Up Funding for Cancer Research." The race is a 10K in Bristow, VA with the start/finish line at Old Dominion Baptist Church. The course goes up Sudley Manor and back through the Braemar neighborhood.

Start time is 9:00am, we would like runners there around 8:30am to pick up your bib number.

We are running to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in honor of Freddie Kettner and Robert Greene, all proceeds and donations will go to this society in the hopes that there will one day very soon be a cure.

Registration is $25.00 and includes a T-shirt and water bottles.
