Eric is a 16-year veteran of a large Northern Virginia Police Department. He spent 9 years with the police department's Bike Team where he was a certified police mountain bike instructor. Eric is a certified law enforcement instructor and is now assigned as a full-time instructor at his police academy. He is responsible for certifying all the instructors on the police department. Eric specializes in Paramilitary assault counter offensive tactics. He is a C.E.D. instructor, chemical munitions and defensive tactics instructor which specialize in Krav Maga and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. |

Dave is a 23-year veteran of a large Northern Virginia Police Department. Dave spent several years in specialty positions that include mountain bike instructor, gang coordinator, and in an undercover capacity. Dave is a certified law enforcement instructor at his police department where he is the fitness coordinator responsible for maintaining the department's fitness. Dave is a former USMC Force Reconnaissance Marine with the 2nd Force Reconnaissance Company from 1983-1988, where he worked with the FBI's HRT Team, dive operations, airborne, and HALO. Dave specializes in defensive tactics and has a black belt in the martial art of Russian Sombo and is currently the 5th degree black belt lead instructor in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. Dave specializes in paramilitary assault counter offensive tactics. |

Jim is a 10-year veteran of a large Northern Virginia police department. Jim spent several years with the department's confinement unit where he specialized in cell extractions and room entries. He is a certified law enforcement instructor. Jim is a member of the Army Reserve and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Jim has extensive background in infantry tactics and military operations on urban terrain. He conducted several VIP protection and escort missions. Jim is combat proficient in multiple weapons systems and is a current member if the Criminal Investigations Command (CID). |

Sean is a 22-year veteran of a large Northern Virginia Police Department. Sean spent 10 years with the police department's full-time SWAT Team where he acted as the assistant team leader and he developed several advanced tactics which include specializing in paramilitary assault counter offensive tactics. While Sean was assigned to the SWAT Team, he was the lead project manager for the active shooter program. Sean served with the Street Crimes Unit where he specialized in vehicle takedowns and assaults. Sean is a certified law enforcement instructor, active shooter instructor and a firearms instructor. |

Steve is a 17-year veteran of a large Northern Virginia Police Department. Steve has spent 10 years with the police department's Organized Crime Division, where he was used as an undercover detective and as an operator in the Street Crimes Unit. Steve specializes in vehicle takedowns, vehicle assaults and room entries. He is an operator with the department's Supplemental SWAT Team. Steve has been assigned as a narcotic K-9 handler with the regions task force, where he was worked with numerous local and federal agencies. Steve is a certified law enforcement instructor as well as a firearms instructor with his police department. |

Travis is a 19-year veteran of a large Northern Virginia Police Department. Travis spent 10 years with the police department's full-time SWAT Team, where he developed several advanced tactics which include specializing in paramilitary assault counter offensive tactics. While Travis was assigned to the SWAT Team, he was an entry team member, sniper, rappel master and a team medic. Travis is a certified law enforcement instructor and is assigned to his police department's academy where he serves as a firearm instructor, CED instructor and defensive tactics instructor which specializes in Krav Maga and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. |
